Wild Feminine offers an entirely new approach to women’s health with applications for relief from pelvic pain, menopausal symptoms, postpartum healing, decreased libido, trauma recovery and more. It reveals the amazing power of the female body to create, heal and transform. Through a series of stories, visualizations and exercises, women can tap into their core feminine energy to restore creative flow and overall health.
Our pace allows participants time to delve into the work deeply and begin to shift core patterns, clarify boundaries and transform the way that we receive energy and give birth to our creations. Women who embrace this practice experience an increase in vitality, inspiration and expression of their full creative self.
Your investment is 2 hours of your time every other week, $140 and a willingness to heal the sacred relationship between you and your body. Your facilitator is Rebecca Cohen, MD, woman’s health and Holistic Pelvic Care practitioner and founder of Full Circle Holistic – A Women’s Health Care Practice.
Week 1: Beginning Your Journey
We explore the landscape of the female pelvis physically, energetically and spiritually.
Week 3: Exploring Your Feminine Ground
We explore how to establish new body patterns by working with the body over time to create the life that you want and open a path to healing.
Week 5: Embodying Your Womanhood
We explore how we can restore our sacred center and learn to honor the female body.
Week 7: Expressing Your Wild Feminine
We explore how we can tend to our creative fire as a woman.
Week 9: Returning to the Mother Place
We explore how we can take care of ourselves by honoring the ebb and flow of our cycles and give life to our heartfelt creations.
Week 11: Transforming your Inheritance
We explore how we can recognize and accept or transform emotional patterns, boundaries, unspoken agreements and other patterns handed down through lineage.
Week 13: Discover Your Full Feminine Range
We pull together the points of our sacred identity and explore how to identify and manifest our desires.
